The pool house is 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and is tucked away in the prestigious Fairway Estates community beside Tri-City Golf Course. Blackstone grill, fire pit, and lots of space for parking. Just minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol Dragway, Bristol Hard Rock Casino, Tri-Cities Airport, Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport. The pool is currently closed for the winter.
