Nestled in a quiet lake cove, we offer the ultimate escape from the bustle of city life. The surrounding area is filled with natural beauty, including lush forests, rolling hills, & a clean mountain lake. Whether you're a nature lover, angler, or just looking for a peaceful retreat, this cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all.

The Horseshoe Inn

The Horseshoe Inn is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom living quarters in the loft above a large horse barn. This rare find is great for multi families or large groups. The Horseshoe Inn is located on a working horse farm in the foothills of the Cherokee National Forest. Located on site are hiking trails, fire pit, fishing pond and beautiful creek. Our price is based on 6 people. There is a fee for guest over 6. This allow our place to be affordable to smaller groups and suitable for larger groups.

Enjoy your stay at our lakeview tiny house retreat. With access to a dock for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking your itch for water adventure will be thoroughly scratched! When you’re done with water fun come up and lounge by the fire pit, play some horseshoes, cornhole, or just Netflix and chill. The tiny house features a full kitchen and bathroom. Additional amenities include Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, outdoor grill and picnic table, hammocks, and outdoor dog kennel.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
