Welcome to Nana's Lake House 2 bed, 2 Bath - w/ additional pull out couch and three twin size mattresses. Full wrap around porch that includes, hot tub w/ a view - PitBoss Smoker & Gas Grill. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit and hangout by the lake with a gas fire pit! Bottom deck by the lake to sit out and tan, enjoy dinner and some drinks. Covered dock, bring your own boat or Jet-ski. Two jet-ski slips are available as well. Feel free to bring your own kayak, paddle board, & fishing poles.

Bring your boat or rent one from nearby marinas. Bring your beach chairs and hang out by the water. Watch the sunset from the front porch while sitting in a rocking chair. Gas & Charcoal BBQ's are available for your use, with plenty of seating for dinning. Bring your ATV/OHV/Bicycle to ride on dirt trails 20 minute drive to Doe Mountain Tn.

Located 10 mins to Bristol Motor Speedway, 20 mins to historic Bristol, 25 minutes to Johnson City and 40 mins to Kingsport. Upon entry, you will be greeted by a double-sided fireplace, a grand balcony, and massive log beams. Cabin has 2 Smart TV's, books, games, and puzzles. Guesthouse has a queen room with fireplace and a full bathroom. Plenty of space for your family to admire beauty, both inside and outside.

Remodeled farmhouse across the street from scenic Watauga Lake. The main house features a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen and large bath with tub. There is a 3 person hot tub in an enclosed patio. From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.

Loon Tunes cabin: Dock, Views & Firepit

Lakefront cabin with private deep-water dock and sweeping mountain views on Watauga Lake. Loon Tunes cabin sits in a peaceful cove perfect for swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the water. Enjoy coffee on the deck and evenings around the firepit as the sun sets behind the mountains. Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with fiber internet and a kitchen outfitted with quality cookware, serving pieces, and the basics needed to enjoy relaxed, home-cooked meals during your stay.

Private country home with Mtn view with neighborhood private boat launch located 1/2 mile from Watauga Lake. Canoes/Kayaks upon request. Motorboat rentals available thru local marina. Beech Ski resort:45 minutes; Sugar Mtn:45 minutes; Bristol Motor Speedway:55 minutes. The Bird House sleeps 5. Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
