Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Please read the entire description and view photos before reserving! Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

Black Bear Cabin - Giant Spa Tub- No Cleaning Fee

Your Eureka Springs Getaway! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, propane fireplace, 70-inch tv, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. NO WIFI, we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway and incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution. ** Ask about our "Tread Lightly" trail rides.

Enjoy the deck with gas grill and a complete kitchen fully-stocked with utensils & supplies. Pet Fee: $50 - 1st dog; $25 - each additional. 2 max.

Eureka Yurts & Cabins- Pine View Yurt w/ hot tub

Luxury cedar yurt built in 2019. It's ideal for a peaceful getaway in Eureka Springs. We used locally sourced black walnut throughout the yurt. Nice views through 5 large picture windows from the king-size Purple mattress bed or the double recliner leather couch. The bathroom has a petrified wood sink and a large walk-in shower. Smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. Private hot tub on a large deck to enjoy the sites and sounds of nature. Short drive to town.

Our special place is located above one of the unique shops in downtown Eureka Springs, placing it within walking distance to all the unique shops and great restaurants. It has a pool table, a back balcony with a grill for cooking out, a full kitchen, a living area, and one parking space located behind the property. This is also a pet friendly place, so your little four-legged family member is also welcome.

Don't be fooled by its quaint size, the space comes with a chef's kitchen, bathroom with rainfall shower, and washer/dryer. Relax in the hot tub, snuggle up in the upstairs nook with a book or the Smart TV, or greet a chicken! Downtown is conveniently located just 6 minutes away. Many NWA tourist attractions are within just a few miles.

Adventure Cabin 5 - King w Private Hot Tub

This cabin is newly built in 2022 with a King bed and outdoor private hot tub. With a nod to the historic cabins found near national parklands. Just steps from a private trail, the cabin features a comfortable King Bed. Covered porches allow you to relax under the pines no matter what the weather. Amenities: Cable TV, In-room refrig & micro, coffee pot, climate control, on-site parking, community campfire/hammocks. Dogs are welcome for an additional pet fee.

LogCabin w/ HotTub, PoolTable, FirePit, GameRoom

Rustic log cabin, just one mile to downtown Eureka Springs. The property is surrounded by nature with two converging creeks running through the property. The cabin offers a fully stocked game room, with a dart board, foosball table, board games, and a tv with video games. In addition, it offers a fire pit completely surrounded by nature, a grill, a two person hot tub and outdoor games. The living room features a large sofa, a smart tv, and a dvd library.
