The apartment is situated on first floor (not ground). Perfectly located in the countryside giving you peace and quiet with fabulous views from the balcony overlooking Lough Allen. Close to Kilronan Castle, Arigna Coal Mining Experience and the famous Gunpowder Gin / The Shed distillery in Drumshanbo. At the end of a long day why not relax in the hot tub with a gorgeous view of rolling hills and Lough Allen. Hot Tub is an extra cost of €25 per person for up to three hours. Towels supplied.

Our home is nestled on 18 acres of idyllic countryside, which not only boasts access to a private lake with runner boards you can fish from but its green fields roll down to the banks of the Shannon River Navigation. The apartment is surrounded by water on three sides. It is bright, clean and spacious. Both bedrooms are en suite and the apartment is well equipped. It has beautiful views over the river Shannon and there are nice areas outside to relax by the river. Lanesborough has good restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is 10 minutes from Roscommon town and is close to golf courses and many other amenities. You can hire boats/kayaks and and the apartment has a mooring for a boat.
