The bedroom has a King size bed with a Zinus mattress. The bedroom and living room are equipped with Samsung TVs and Roku devices. We have provided Netflix, ESPN, Hulu, and Disney +. Originally constructed in 1921, it is now beautifully restored with new wiring, modern room configuration, central heat and A/C, WiFi, a working fireplace, generator & all new appliances, lighting, furnishings and bedding. Peaceful and lovely. Within 45 minutes of 67 summer camps, 3.5 miles from downtown Hendersonville.

Nestled in the village of Flat Rock, 10 minutes from Hendersonville, you will never be short of things to do, from hiking and biking to exploring historic sites.

Welcome to our cozy studio complete with a private entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and Keurig, and the king-size bed features a medium-firm mattress for a restful night's sleep. This studio is in our basement. You might hear our dogs or footsteps sometimes since our bedrooms are right above. We do our best to keep noise down, especially when we’re home. We can't wait to host you & making your stay as comfortable as possible!

This little house is close to everything on walking distance to Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Home Theater, Mall and Convenience Stores. Only 5 Minutes to Hendersonville Downtown, 20 minutes from Asheville, 15 minutes from Green River Game Lands and 5-15 trails in the area.

A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.
