This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). There is plenty of land to enjoy a walk, play games, star gaze, or start the firepit in our quaint tree grove. Although located *RIGHT ON* 75 hwy, the trees offer some seclusion from the highway. Very convenient for visiting the local lakes, traveling through, or just wanting to get out of the city.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.
