Orchard Cottage is a quirky little bolt hole situated just a 5min walk from St Ives town centre and a 5min walk to Porthmeor beach. The cottage comes with its own private parking space right outside the front door and a lovely sunny balcony, perfect for unwinding with an afternoon G+T. Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a cabin style bed, smart TV, sofa and the entrance out onto the balcony. Downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you should need and the bathroom.

The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

Suzy and Ollie have thought about all your needs so you feel right at home. There is a games shed with a ping pong table, dart board & table football so whatever the weather there's plenty to do. Great for Surfers, walkers, swimmers, cyclists, and Art lovers. However we are very Sorry no pets allowed.
