The island has over 5 miles of pristine sandy beaches to explore. 3 large pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, sea kayaks, bicycles & private beach access are available to guests.

Finished in early 2020 it was built on 2.5 lots or on one half acre of sand. Its location is only a 3.5-minute walk on a white sand path-like road past just 4 houses to the largest beach on the island. There is public access and golf cart parking available there and that isn’t always the case on other streets.

We are on the beach and adjacent to 4 acres of private, undeveloped land which makes our home feel peaceful and secluded. 10/10 and 5 star reviews (64+) on the other booking site!
