Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Steps away from the ocean, a short walk to Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa, Portside Marina, and Brentwood-Mill Bay ferry, including several beach accesses. 5-minute drive to the Butchart Gardens, Victoria Butterfly Gardens, 13 km to Sidney, 20 km to Victoria, 18 km to Swartz Bay ferry terminal, and about 10 km to get to the airport. The bus stop is less than one minute's walk with transit to Sidney, downtown Victoria & beyond.
