Enjoy two bedrooms, air conditioning and heat, an equipped kitchenette, two TVs with basic cable, a covered porch, gas grill, fire pit, shared pool and beach access, and two parking spaces. Public resort Wi-Fi may be slow; bring a hotspot for dependable streaming or remote work.

Quick bike ride to Linell Landing (or walk about 1 mile) and First Light Beach .8 miles, Cobie's clam shack (walking distance), Ocean Edge, kettle ponds, coffee, shops, restaurants, and beaches along the Cape Cod Rail Trail depending on how far you like to walk or bike!
