NO CLEANING FEES! Enjoy a unique stay with a spectacular view at Stephanie's House! Built in 1882 and used in the 1986 film ‘Short Circuit’, this Victorian farmhouse has all the modern amenities. Guests are just minutes away from downtown Astoria, and a short drive to our many coastal attractions. The patio boasts one of the best views in town- the Astoria-Megler bridge and the mighty mouth of the Pacific Ocean. If the rain keeps you inside, the same view is available from every bedroom window.

Cove Cottage is on the scenic Oregon Coast, within the pristine Cape Falcon Marine Reserve and Oswald West State Park and its hiking trails, and near the coastal villages of Manzanita, Arch Cape, and Cannon Beach. Enjoy a panoramic ocean view in a beautiful and spotlessly clean cottage, only a two-minute walk to the beach. We rent to a maximum of 4 adult guests and two children, and do not permit parties or events. Guests observe Quiet Time and Night Sky (10pm-7 am) and Good Neighbor Policies.

The Architect's Retreat by Oregon Coast Modern

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

Guests love our custom home on the golf course, just half a block from The Cove, a favorite beach for surfing and beachcombing in Seaside, Oregon. This single level home features an open concept design with three king bedroom suites. It is light, bright, and filled with ocean imagery. From the gas fireplace to the gourmet kitchen, it's all new. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.

Our home is 1 block from Nehalem Bay and an easy 5 minutes drive to all that Manzanita has to offer. Including beautiful beaches, Nehalem Bay State Park, miles of hiking, delicious dining. Also Short sands is just 7 minutes away.

Our place is 100 yards to the Beach and 1/4 mile to Haystack Rock, Restaurants, Bars, & FUN!. You’ll love "Gram's Beach House" because it is everything you want for a beach vacation - it is cozy, convenient, and clean. It was our Grandma's "Gram's" home at the Beach and it will feel like your home away from home.
