The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Spacious one-bedroom garden apartment with private entrance on a quiet street. Fast wifi, full kitchen, full bath. There is also a small backyard patio that is fully fenced in. Just a few blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. Close to Little 5 Points, the Beltline, Ponce City Market as well as neighborhood gems like Candler Park Market, Frazer forest and the Lake Claire Land Trust. Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.

Top-Floor Studio | Treetop View Luxe Bath

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.

Inman Park Cottage, Walk to Restaurants

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. I have to keep the environment completely free of dander. One (1) car is permitted to park on the left of the driveway. Checkout the “House Manual” for more details.

This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, offering a charming, rocking chair front porch as well as a large, covered back porch area. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. Check-in is easy, and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.
