This is a bi-level apartment in a 4 plex with no one above or below you. It's located in a good neighborhood and is a short drive to shopping, dining establishments and the Encana Arena. Comes with fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane bbq. There's also a desk and workspace which makes it perfect if you're working from home. Parking area is close to the door. New home built 2018 located 8 km from Leduc. 15 minutes from Edmonton International Airport and Premium Outlet Mall. Separate entrance with keypad entry. Suite includes one bedroom with queen bed, living room, full kitchen with island table and private bathroom with shower unit. Suite has separate controls for heat and air conditioning. Water source is an artesian well and hot water on demand. Linens are washed with scent free detergent. Smoke, vape and pet free property.

This is the primary rental suite at the Dragonfly Inn. The loft suite is a fully independent legal suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, heating, bedroom and TV room. The suite has its own heating and cooling systems. The loft suite can comfortably sleep 4 adults. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the TV room. Twin bed's can also be set up for kid(s) instead of the sofa bed (max 200lbs). We also have pack and play for toddlers.
