Villa "Lux" (Luce in latino) è una una villa di lusso e design con piscina privata. Situata a Pula, una piccola città, gemma del turismo nella parte sud-occidentale della Sardegna a circa 30 Km da Cagliari, la villa si trova nel cuore di una tenuta di 500 ettari di vegetazione lussureggiante. Villa Lux offre uno spazio interno molto luminoso con ampie vetrate che si affacciano sul giardino privato con la sua piscina di 50 mq. Al piano superiore si trova la terrazza di circa 130 mq panoramica.

Casa di 100 metri quadrati in prima fila sullo stagno di Notteri e sulla splendida spiaggia di Porto Giunco (600m). Piscina privata e vista mare. Soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, una stanza matrimoniale, una seconda stanza da letto con tre posti letto ed altre due stanze con accesso separato (e bagno en-suite). Aria condizionata in ogni ambiente, TV, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, mobili da giardino. Giardino e posteggio davanti casa. Prenotazione 5 giorni minimo (settimana minimo Luglio/Agosto).

We offer a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a seaview terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax with stunning sunset everyday. In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!

No problem. You can enjoy the sun, relax by the pool and occasionally dive into the water - pure relax!

A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
