Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Grande appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca con un' incredibile vista sulla val di Cornia e sulla costa degli Etruschi. Tutte le finestre offrono un meraviglioso affaccio sulla valle sottostante e sulla costa. La nostra abitazione è dotata di un cucinotto, un bagno, una grande sala e due grandi camere che possono ospitare fino ad 4 persone. La location è situata al secondo piano di una dimora storica. Una grande terrazza è a vostra disposizione dove passare delle indimenticabili serate.

Una dimora dove il tempo sembra fermarsi; dedicata a coppie, famiglie con bambini o un piccolo gruppo di amici, ma anche a viaggiatori singoli, provenienti da tutto il mondo. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone.

Un piccolo "Incanto" a Campiglia Marittima

Studio INCANTO è stato creato da un antico fondo agricolo di ca 50mq che affaccia sulla valle che guarda l’antica Pieve di San Giovanni e spazia fino al mare della costa di Piombino. Nel recupero architettonico del fondo sono stati mantenuti le volte , le nicchie, i mattoni di antica fattura e contemporaneamente dotando di tutti i comfort la casa. Per contrasto, la pavimentazione di tutto lo studio e stata creata in resina che dà luminosità e facilita il mantenimento della pulizia.
