Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

CAL MASOVER de CAMPELLES forma part d'un mas ja datat al segle XIII que comprenia una extensa finca de boscos i camps de conreu, i originalment estava format per la casa pairal, la masoveria i dues cabanes annexes, a més d'un parell de masos situats al Bac de Campelles. Consta d'una sala-menjador amb llar de foc, un dormitori de matrimoni obert a la sala, un altre petit dormitori amb dues lliteres, cuina equipada, BANY ADAPTAT, calefacció per terra radiant i un jardí privat.

You will be able to rest inside our 1890 modernist castle in a cozy ground floor apartment surrounded by a lovely wood, with pool, horses, kitchen garden, hens, tennis table & bikes.
