Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

Relax and unwind at our private, serene getaway located minutes to Norris Lake and near many recreational trails leading to Royal Blue. Gorgeous mountain views with lake access less than one mile away. From a day filled with family fun on the lake to riding ATVs in the mountains, our guests have no problem staying entertained. In the evening enjoy the super sized patio and unwind while overlooking a gorgeous mountain sunset or get out and catch fireflies while the horses roam in the front yard.

At Easy Shores Lake House you can spend hours jumping, swimming or floating in our no wake private cove. Perfect for a morning kayak trip around the cove island or out to the channel. An easy walk down to your private covered boat dock with ties on the exterior for up to 2 additional watercraft makes it convenient to put your watercraft in the water and have it accessible the whole trip. Beautiful lake views from the covered deck will be your favorite place for outdoor living this vacation.

Off the Tracks ATV Spot 1 Royal Blue & Tackett

This is your 1940s mountain home for ATV's rider's. It is 3 bedrooms/2 bath. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit (2 minutes) and to Tackett (little over 10 minutes). You'll enjoy the little restaurant across the street for breakfast & lunch. Additionally, there is ample parking on the property. This is 1 of 4 homes so we can accommodate all group sizes. This is a nice, private getaway.
