La situación es idónea, ya que se encuentra a 2 min para el acceso a la autopista. 30 min a Palma, 15 a las playas de Puerto de Alcudia , Muro , Can Picafort y Pollensa. Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).
