This is a comfortable and very livable two level townhome within walking distance to the Old Village of St Simons, parks and the beach. Have a shared swimming pool. Only one mile to the beach and other convenient places to eat or shop. Have the basic supplies until you can get to the grocery store- coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, detergent pods, etc. Pool hours 8:00am-9:00 pm starting April 1st. Sleeper sofa in the living room is available if needed.

The Olive Shell - This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located just steps from the beautiful St Simons Island beach. The pier and lighthouse are just just a little over a mile away. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shopping close by that you may walk or ride a bike to. The kitchen is fully stocked with major appliances. The condo also has a grill for cooking out and an outdoor deck for dining or relaxing.

You'll find all the comforts of home at the 19th Hole. A 5-10 minute drive will get you to Mallory square, where there is shopping, dining and the pier to watch the sunset.
