Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding area, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Relax in this calm, cosy and stylish home situated in the conservation village area of Eaton Socon, close to local amenities, pubs and restaurants (The River Mill pub and restaurant is a 2 minute walk), and surrounded by beautiful river walks and nature areas. Perfect for a couples or single stay away. Cambridge is a 30 minute drive, and London by direct train in less than an hour, so perfect if you want to visit either - or both - of these cities in a weekend.

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Charming refurbished Victorian cottage in a tranquil riverside setting with a private garden bordered by the River Cam/Granta on the old mill run at Whittlesford Mill. It is 6 miles from Cambridge, Duxford IWM is 2 miles away and there is a mainline station - Cambridge (10 minutes), London Liverpool Street (1 hour). The village has a gastro pub called The Tickell Arms, a restaurant called Provenance and The Red Lion. Saffron Walden is 8 miles away where Audley End House can also be found.
