Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Una vera casatorre medievale di avvistamento del X secolo dei Malaspina nel borgo di Irola ( Villafranca in Lunigiana, Alta Toscana): un soggiorno raro tra pietra antica, atmosfera d'epoca e comfort moderni. La casa è unica nella zona e conserva dettagli autentici come pietre secolari, tetto a vista in castagno, ed un bagno con doccia nella roccia. All'esterno trovi giardino privato con barbecue e patio riservato con amaca e dondolo con vista sulla valle di Luni e sull'Appennino Tosco-Emiliano.

Si sviluppa su un unico livello con un grande spazio esterno dedicato ai nostri ospiti attrezzato con forno e barbecue per piacevoli pranzi e cene all'aperto. Il suo interno è composto da un'ampia sala con camino, divano letto e ampia vetrata, una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno con doccia , ripostiglio e una piccola ma attrezzatissima cucina.

L'appartamento SUNRISE è un'antica costruzione in pietra posta nella parte alta del paese di Castè. A fianco alla casa passa il sentiero 501 che conduce direttamente alle 5 terre attraverso i boschi che riempiono la valle. E' dotato di una grande terrazza (oltre 16 metri quadri) che gode di una magnifica vista panoramica sulla valle e dalla quale si ammirano delle emozionanti albe. Il parcheggio è privato. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
