Casita Barbara

Casita Barbara ist ein 55m ² grosses Ferienhäuschen, gelegen am Fuße des Vulkans " Montaña Cavera im Nationalpark von Famara im Nordwesten der Insel, weit ab vom Massentourismus und nur 200 m vom Meer entfernt. Das Ferienhäuschen, eingebettet in die einzigartige Vulkanlandschaft, bietet dem Gast ein wohliges Ambiente, Ruhe und Entspannung mit folgender Austattung für maximal 4 Personen: Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 x 2,00 m), ein Wohn- Esszimmer mit einer zweiten komfortablen Schlafmöglichkeit (1,60 x 2,00 m), Küche (Mikrowelle mit Grill, Toaster, Gasherd, Kühlschrank), ein Badezimmer (Dusche + WC), Wifi, HiFi. Im Palmengarten mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und den El Risco kann man sich sonnen, essen und es gibt auch eine Barbequemöglichkeit. Die umgebende Landschaft des Nationalparks lässt den Besucher eintauchen in eine Welt der Weiten und Vulkane, deren Erscheinung sich durch magische Lichtspiele stündlich wandeln und lädt somit zur Beschau, zur Ruhe und zu Wanderungen ein. Dank der geographischen Lage geniessen Sie einen oft sternklaren Himmel und entdecken die geheimnisvolle Nacht bei Vollmond. Das nahgelegene Dorf Caleta de Famara ist zu Fuss und mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Arrecife liegt mit dem Auto etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Im Dorf gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars laden zum Verweilen ein. Caleta de Famara, weltweit beliebt bei Surfern bietet ein grosses Angebot für den Wassersport (Paddel; Kitesurf, Surfen), aber auch Drachenfliegen, Paragliding, Mountainbiketouren und Wanderungen können organisiert werden.

De par la position centrale de la finca, vous rayonnerez rapidement à travers tout Lanzarote et rejoindrez tous les points d'intérêt (Orzola, Famara, Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife) en moins de 20 minutes . Les restaurants, commerces et un centre médical sont situés à 5 minutes.

Casita Oasis

Die Casita Oasis liegt in ruhiger Dorflage in Mala. Es ist ein gemütliches modernes Ferienhäuschen. Das Haus ist ca. 45 qm groß und verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essraum sowie einen Schlafbereich, der durch eine Wand optisch abgegrenzt ist. Der Wohnbereich geht per Glasschiebetür in eine Ostterrasse mit Gartenblick über. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen von einer Natursteinmauer umgebenen, windgeschützten und zum Süden ausgerichteten Sonnenplatz sowie eine kleine Terrasse mit gemauertem Grill.

La Casita de Sal : entre mer, volcans et salines !

Maisonnette toute mimi, pile face à la mer! Toute calme, nichée dans un hameau paisible. Au 1er, la chambre et la terrasse ont de très jolies vues sur la mer, les volcans et les salines! En bas, il y a un lit solo et un divan-lit pour 2 (voir photos!). Plusieurs coins où se poser pour le petit déjeuner, l'apéro, grignoter, papoter ou bouquiner! Et plein d'infos sur l'île! We have a heated pool which is always held to 29 degrees minimum.

Beautiful detached house of modern design, with elements of local architecture. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room-kitchen on the upper floor, all of which face outside and are very bright. On the ground floor there is a large space with a table for 8 people with terrace furniture with lots of light and a bathroom. On the deck, you can enjoy a solarium with spectacular views, with shower and hammocks. The kitchen is completely equipped.

200 Jahre alte Finca mit großem botanischen Garten, am Südrand der Stadt Teguise. Die Casa Panama, Teil der Finca Mimosa, ist eine auf der Insel seltene grüne Oase der Ruhe. Die über 200 Jahre alte Finca wurde im traditionellen Landhausstil hufeisenförmig um einen 135 m2 großen Patio herum gebaut.
