The Bothy is an authentic, traditional Highland dwelling, carefully restored to preserve its original features and character while providing essential facilities, warmth and comfort. A farmyard location in the midst of our highland home and in the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, at the foot of the famous Schiehallion. Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of theTrossachs National Park sits the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen and The Hogget Hut. This shepherds hut provides a unique secluded experience for honeymooners, adventure seekers and those who just want to relax, rewind and admire the scenery. Enjoy Loch Voil, explore the hills, and watch the wildlife. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub. Cook alfresco on the fire-pit or retire to the Nordic style BBQ hut.(*subject to availability) to end the day.

It is a peaceful oasis, tucked away from it all at Foss, in the Tummel Valley, but it is easily accessible from the A9 near Pitlochry.

The Bolt Hole Foyers By Loch Ness

The Bolt Hole is located in Foyers by the banks of Loch Ness. It has private parking, an enclosed garden, cosy livingroom with wood burner and 1 bedroom with a superking size bed. Local amenities are within walking distance include, cafes, local shop, post office and hotels with bars. Visit the Loch Ness exhibition centre and Urquhart Castle. Fort Augustus is 13 miles away and offers spectacular views down Loch Ness. Inverness is 20 miles away and offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Toradh Cabin, croft stay, stunning views

Toradh ("To-rigg"), our beautifully constructed hand-built cabin is located on our working croft, 2 miles north of Spean Bridge, 11 miles north of Fort William. It is set in its own fully enclosed garden with stunning views over the Grey Corries, Ben Nevis & Aonach Mor. The cabin can sleep up to 4 guests in a kingsize bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen within the cabin and a spacious shed with laundry facilities to the exterior.

Serendipity Tiny House is designed for you to escape “normal” life and to get away from the hustle and bustle, especially for those who crave something a bit different. Built with the idea of bridging the gap between the indoors and the outside world, wake up to the peaceful sounds of the birds chirping in the nearby deciduous woodland. The Bothy is a self-contained wooden cabin on the edge of our own woodland at West Cottage and Stables, nestling in the heart of Glen Lyon and at the beginning of many excellent walks and cycle rides. There's a double bed, extra bed, luxury bathroom, and wood burning stove. There's a hob, fridge, and everything you need to cook with, but no oven. We can put something in the oven for you up at the house if you need us to.
