If you are in need of a quiet escape, this setting is for you. This little place has been a summer cottage for years. It has recently been renovated with a new kitchen, living room and bathroom to make it extra cosy. The view from the front deck looks out to ‘Digby Gut’ which is the entrance to the Bay of Fundy. This is an ever changing view and a delight to experience. The 2 bedrooms each have very comfortable new queen mattresses to sink into after a long day of exploring The Annapolis Valley.

Relax in a country comfortable atmosphere and savor the magnificent view of the ocean from your spacious living room. Your deck has a magnificent view of the ocean that has the highest tides in the world and comes complete with Adirondack chairs and a dining area allowing you to sit back and enjoy the fresh salt air and the magnificent view. This cottages is also wheelchair accessible. Their are two other cottages on the property. Our Nautical theme cottage and our Contemporary themed cottage.

Whale of a View Oceanfront Cottage! Amazing views!

The Whale of a View Cottage has amazing unobstructed views of the ocean and the whales, seals and eagles that pass by the cottage. The Whale cottage is private and sits on a cliff overlooking the water. The cottage also has great outdoor spaces with an attached screened in room, attached open deck and a screened in gazebo located on a lower cliff overlooking the water with open decks. Dining alfresco is easy on the screened porch, open deck or in the screened in gazebo. Enjoy your Stay!

Situated directly on the coastline of Passamaquoddy Bay, nestled within 28 acres, the Carriage House offers a unique opportunity for beach walks, relaxation, solace and stunning sunsets. You will have spectacular views of the Bay and across to St. Andrews and Ministers Island. Walk to our private beach and explore the beautiful coastline and experience dramatic Fundy tides (Up to 21ft between high/low water), or relax on the large deck watching bald eagles glide by. A birders paradise.

Keep it simple at this peaceful, very private, and centrally located island paradise. Located in the heart of the castalia marsh, a world known bird sanctuary, there is no shortage of wild life which is perfect for nature and bird lovers. Stunning views of the swallow tail lighthouse and the ferry coming and going from the island can be seen from the master bedroom upstairs or private backyard deck and patio. Hummingbird Hollow, aka Schoppee House, is a lovingly updated two bedroom cottage nestled between the ocean and state park land. Enjoy ocean views, salt air, and the sound of waves. A quick walk to the beach or pond, you’re not too far away to run back for lunch or take an afternoon nap. Also, the house is fully heated and is suitable for the cooler months!
