El apartamento de 55 m2 dispone de 4 espacios abiertos, estar, cocina, espacio de trabajo y dormitorio, éste se puede independizar con las puertas móviles si lo desea. El espacio juega con diferentes alturas para ofrecer variados ambientes acogedores, muy iluminado ya que consta de 5 ventanales. Desde el estar se disfruta de las vistas a la plaza peatonal tranquila y arbolada. La casa dispone además de los servicios indicados en el apartado correspondiente, de microondas, cafetera de cápsulas Tassimo, tostadora. El frigorifico con congelador se situa bajo la encimera. El baño dispone además de una duchita perineal junto al inodoro para la limpieza íntima. Estaré a la recepción y a la despedida. Contactar antes de la llegada El barrio se sitúa en torno al Centro Flamenco, lugar de encuentro cultural durante todo el año, y la Iglesia de la Merced. La tranquilidad de la plaza contrasta con la alegría de los restaurantes de las calles Sopranis y Plocia, y del Ayuntamiento. La plaza y las calles del barrio son peatonales pero dispone de acceso desde las calles de tráfico a 3 minutos andando. Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.
