A Lovely Island Home with Flowers - Pansiyon Life

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...

Büyükada'nın en sakin sokaklarından birinde bahçeli binanın deniz manzaralı çatı dubleksi. İskeleden yürüyerek 15 dk araç ile 5 dk. Ada yürüyüş yolu üzerinde, Rum Yetimhanesine 500 m. mesafede. Aileler ve arkadaş grupları için. Kalabalık ve gürültülü etkinlikler için uygun değildir. Balkon - teras dışında sigara içilmemesini ve kesinlikle bahçeye izmarit atılmamasını rica ederiz. Kimlik bilgileri verilenler hariç misafir kabul etmiyoruz. 18 yaş altı olanlar aileleriyle ağırlanabilir.

Büyükada’daki evimiz ateş tuğla ile örülmüş eski bir rum evidir. Dairenin tümü misafirlere ait, ortak kullanımlı değil. Şimdiye ve geçmişe ait tüm detaylar birbiriyle içe içe geçerek doğallığın içinde hissettirir. Evin konumu iskeleye 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Wifi,soğutucu,airfyer,çay ve filtre makinesi mevcut. Dairemizde yatak odasından açılan geniş bir teras ve ayrıca salondan girişi olan keyifli bir balkonu bulunmakta. Evinizde hissetmeniz için tüm detaylar incelikle işlendi.

Denize sıfır, havuzlu, bahçeli villa

Merkeze 20 dk yürüyüş mesafede yer alan villanın kendine ait iskelesi, ön ve arkada olmak üzere geniş bir bahçesi ve havuz (deniz suyu) mevcuttur. Arzu eden misafirler deniz taksi yoluyla da gelebilirler. Ev sahibi, evin ikinci katında 3 adet Jack Russell köpeği ile yaşamaktadır. Misafirlerin ağırlanacağı alt katın kendi girişi, mevcuttur ancak alt ve üst kat ev içinde merdivenler ile birbirine bağlıdır. Misafirlerimizin özel hayatına gereken hassasiyet gösterilecektir.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Having its own private entrance, it is the detached first floor of a two-storey house. Located at a quiet street on the island, away from the daily crowd and tour paths, though just a 10 minutes walk to all amenities and centre, reachable without treading steep slopes. 60 square meter space is plain and bright, consists of two rooms, an open layout living room and dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
