My wife Melody and I bought this 100-yr- old miner's four-square in 2017 and refurbished it to the bright interior shown in the pictures. A new boiler and cast-iron radiators keep it cozy in winter. Off-street parking includes an outlet to plug in your car in sub-zero weather. Uptown Butte's historic attractions are in walking distance; however, Butte's elevation could limit those with respiratory or mobility issues.

This is an 1891 historic home in Walkerville, just above uptown Butte. Beautiful views, quiet and safe neighborhood. Near walking trails and the Granite Mountain Memorial.
