Arrive at the wonderful space we have created for a peaceful relaxing stay. Sit on the deck or in the spa, enjoy the sunset and private farm views with a glass of wine listening to the bird song. The space includes a kitchen, two TVs, warm and inviting living area. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A sofa bed is available for a third guest or sleeping separate. Breakfast includes milk, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee and some lovely farm fresh eggs. Check in via a lock box-flexible.

This accommodation unit is situated on a working farm in the quietness of the countryside with all the comforts of home. Common room with queen bed, includes full kitchen, microwave, oven, fridge, fireplace, bathroom, television, and DVD player, Sky TV. A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. The cottage has a self contained kitchenette, separate bathroom, shower, toilet, wood burner, heater, heated towel rail. Fully furnished 4 bdrm, 2 bath house. Come and relax, with high speed Fibre, a separate lounge with Smart TV, as well as a games rooms situated in the garage complete with a second Smart TV and pool table - allowing the children to have a break from the adults (or vice versa). Fully fenced property means this house is perfect for families with younger children. Our house is situated in the ever growing town of Rolleston, a quick 20 mins drive to the City centre.

Near Burnham (Military Camp), Rolleston, IZone and the Selwyn Equestrian Centre. Self contained (en suite) accomodation which is part of a professional equestrian facility (sadly there are no horses to ride; but you can bring your own). As this is a working equestrian facility you may hear life starting around 7:30am.

Silk Tree Cottage is a modern, self-contained standalone property perched on 5 acres of serene, park like grounds. It sits separately from the main house, offering guests privacy and tranquility. Located 2 minutes from State highway 1 and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport and similar time into the city. The town of Rolleston offering a range of eateries and supermarkets is just a 3 minutes drive. Complimentary breakfast provisions for the first two days.

The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.
