SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Off-Grid Luxury on the Bog

Ever want to totally unplug and immerse yourself in nature but then remember you really like a cozy bed and nice kitchen to cook in? Our cabin has you covered! Our elegantly remodeled log cabin is nestled into 115 acres of Maine woods with access to a private bog. The path down to the water is steep and wild, but worth it for a private place to fish, paddle or simply take in the stunning sunsets over the water.

Winnecook Lake House

This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year.
