It is centrally located in Bryan/College Station's Southside Historic area, 1000 ft from Texas A&M University property, and one of the closest residential properties to Kyle Field. The guesthouse is a stand-alone unit perfect for single, couples or small families that’s above the main property garage with access to semi-private pool, patio, and free driveway parking for one car. Conveniently located between Bryan/College Station and Lake Somerville. This gated property has it all. Room to park your boat, porch and barbecue grill will fill your appetite and a variety of yard games will entertain the family. A durable curtain can divide the bedroom from the living room, and a new AC system will keep you cool in the Texas heat. The host lives on site providing quick assistance.

Centrally located, this efficiency (cottage) is a stone's throw walk or drive to downtown Bryan and just a 15-minute drive to Texas A&M University. 1 queen size bed. 1 bathroom ( shower only) sink, toilet. kitchenette with pot and pans, dishes, silverware, cutlery, etc. A laundromat, a convenience store, and local bus service are directly across the street. Parking is located in the back off Logan Ave. No pets!

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere. It will quickly feel like home! Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Charming Barndo | 6 miles from A&M campus!

Peaceful yet centrally-located 1 bedroom 1 bathroom barndominium just 5 miles from Kyle Field. The barn apartment is approx 600 sq ft. within a 60x30 insulated metal building. Perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting town for campus related events. The barn is located on the back of our 3 acre property. Our home is roughly 100 yards from the barn, and there is an RV with full time occupants on the other side of the barn.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just 2 miles from Kyle Field to make game day an easy commute, and minutes away from Century Square, University Drive dining and Central and Veterans Park. This 500-square-foot guesthouse features a king-size bed, a leather couch, and two accent chairs, providing a comfortable space to relax while enjoying the smart TV or simply admiring the view through the large window. The private suite also includes a kitchenette, equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and a three-stool bar top for added convenience.

Just 10 min to TAMU, enjoy peaceful neighborhood and a private tiny home with a sleep number bed, full kitchen, ample room to relax both inside and out. 3rd person would be on a couch (it does fold out, not super comfy) Home is adjacent to our residence.
