Thrupp is a quiet hamlet only a mile from Stroud town centre. This apartment is an excellent base for enjoying all the delights and amenities of the immediate area and surrounds. A Grade II listed 2-bedroom cottage, in a charming Cotswolds area, steeped in history and character, with original windows, traditional flagstone flooring, stone walls, oak beams and a fireplace. All rooms have lovely little window seats. Enjoy your own orchard at the end of the garden, perfect for a BBQ or picnic. The Cottage also includes free off-street parking. We love the local walks, views and the quintessential little Cotswolds high street only minutes walk from the cottage.

Unique luxury Cotswolds cottage, near Stroud

The Folly is a detached 19th Century Cotswolds cottage. Newly converted from a farm equipment store, the cottage has an open plan kitchen and sitting room, with TV, Wifi and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a bedroom with vaulted ceiling and ensuite shower room. The Folly is charming, spacious and with underfloor heating and full insulation it is a comfortable and relaxed home from home. We have a 7kW charger with Type2 7-pin plug for charging your Electric Vehicle.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.
