There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Keurig in 2nd bedroom to not disturb others. Relax in the whirlpool tub after a long day. Cook on the grill or out over the fire pit. As half of a duplex, you could rent out the other half, Wine Knot, for larger groups. 10 mi south of Burkesville, KY, 13 mi north of Celina, TN.
