You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio located in one of the quiet, leafy streets of Everton Hills just under 10km from Brisbane CBD. This renovated studio apartment is the ground floor of a 70s built free-standing house. We live upstairs, and movement noise is to be expected. You will have your own separate/private entry from the back of the house. The unit has everything you need, which includes a comfy queen bed, a study desk, and a functional kitchen with a washing machine.

Welcome to your home away from home! Enjoy peace and quiet in this self contained 2 bedroom, downstairs residence located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Everton Park. Modern and spacious, you'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living area, outdoor dining area and plenty of outdoor space for your children to play. Perfectly located in close proximity to a huge park, shops, hospital and train station which will take you straight into the CBD, Southbank or to the Gold Coast.

Windermere Lodge - Idyllic peaceful bush retreat

Wake up in the morning to just the sounds of the birds in your retreat set in 10 acres of rural paradise. From your private terrace, set amidst the beautiful gardens, you can wander freely through the grounds. Our property is home to a great many native species, including wallabies and over 100 species of birds. We have no domestic pets. Head into Samford village for a coffee at one of the many iconic coffee shops, or take a stroll through the nearby rainforests of Mt Glorious and Mt Nebo.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.

Multiple on site secure parking beside guesthouse.
