A sophisticated underfloor heating and cooling system makes it the perfect place to be all year round. With wonderous beaches just minutes away, dream holidays start here.

It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.
