The back fence of the property leads directly into Kinkuna National Park for hiking, fishing or 4WD adventures. Kangaroos and joeys visit every day at dawn and dusk. We have lovingly created this space as an antidote for the busyness of everyday life. Let the kids run free all day, and fall asleep at night to waves gently crashing across the way.

Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Whether your visit is for work or play, you can find shops and restaurants within a 2-4 km radius, and beach access within 16 km. Weekend warrior? There are 3 parkruns to choose from, many beautiful hiking spots, walk-ways and bicycling tracks. Bundaberg also boasts the bests organic Sourdough bakery in QLD (IMO), and is home to HOTI kombucha, Kalki Moon distillery, Bundy Rum and Brewery, and Macadamias Australia!

Tully’s is a stylish place to stay, perfect for groups or families. A 5 minute walk to Archie’s beach and a 3 minute drive to Bargara, or 15 to Bundaberg. Childer's is a charming town full of great cafe's, quirky shops, pubs and all the amenities you'll need.

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas overlook the ocean.
