Located in the heart of historic Bulverde, just seconds from Bulverde Park & downtown Bulverde. We can accommodate 8 guest in our 3 bedroom 3 bath house. The perfect place to stay on the outskirts of San Antonio in the Texas Hill Country. Approximately 30 minutes from Fiesta Texas, Schlitterbahn, Guadalupe State Park & down town San Antonio Riverwalk.

As a working ranch you will fall in love with the animals who live there and enjoy their close interactions.

Cottages have an open designed living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms (king and queen) and 1 bath. Kitchens are fully stocked with large refrigerator with ice maker and craft ice, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. (Bring your own K-Cups) Relax on Adirondack chairs at the outdoor patio area with a gas fire-bowl and gas stainless steel bbq for cooking. A large 30 foot deck with rocking chairs is perfect for enjoying unobstructed Hill Country views.

Welcome! Surrounded by oak trees and hill country, this is the perfect getaway for you and your guests. There is room for 10 guests to enjoy 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen, cozy living areas, and outdoor activities on 23 secluded acres. Relax by the pool/hot tub while cooking your favorite meal on the outdoor grill. Canyon Lake and The Guadalupe River are 15-minutes away with many water rentals available. It's 25 miles to enjoy the riverwalk and other fun things in downtown San Antonio.

The Airstream is sleek & stylish, and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Indoor facilities include: full kitchen with oven, pantry, 3-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer; shower, toilet and sink; bedroom with queen bed & flat-screen tv; dining area; living area with comfy sofa & flat-screen TV, DVD player, AppleTV, Radio; Wi-Fi; Air Conditioning (AC) ; Heat Pump(HP)/propane heat. Enjoy our spacious Casita in the heart of the hill country with beautiful views, a pool, and hot tub. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood with regular wildlife visitors such as deer, a little fox, cardinals, hummingbirds, butterflies and more. We are right off Hwy 281, just 5 minutes from the Guadalupe River, less than an hour from Fredericksburg (known for it’s wineries), and 30 minutes from San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne. We think it’s the perfect location!
