The coast is a 5 minute walk away with a dedicated cycle and walking path with views of Howth and the Pigeon Houses in the other direction. Aldi supermarket is a 2 minute walk, along with pubs, restaurants and local shops.

Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

The cabin is at the back of my house but completely separate with its own entrance and lockbox. Lovely and peaceful!
