il mulino del Rossino

The first traces told about this old mill dating from the late 1500 and early 1600. Owned by the family Giaccai since 1920, the last handler was Scannerini Marino said "Rossino." The mill, located in the heart of Switzerland Pesciatina, is the only property to have intact the original tunnel made with the original Vellano’s stone, that connects the mill to the left side of the river Pescia. Upon exiting the tunnel, there is a private beach with exclusive access to a natural swimming pool bordered by small waterfalls. On the north side was brought to light by the current owners Letizia and Tiberio, the old stone called "gora" which made the water flow to the millpond to operate the millstones, then placed inside the mill, one of which is still visible as part of the outside sink. The building active until the early '50s, at the end of 2002 has been restored with great skill and intended for residential purposes in civil. It is composed of two apartments and a mansard, independent of each other. Each of the units is equipped with fireplace, built-in kitchen, terracotta-tiled floor and and ceilings with exposed beams. The bathrooms are completely renovated with modern standards, are endowed of showers and the mansard is endowed of jacuzzi . The green of the forest and the water flow of the river, make this place an oasis of relaxation in contact with the nature: a beautiful vien on Valleriana and a window into the past, to the discovery of an ancient world full of scents and flavors of the past. The furniture has been personally overseen by Tiberio Bartolini one of the owners, interior designers, also known at the international level, which this mill has wanted to do an emotion to share with any guests to discover a way of life.

Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Questo vecchio casolare del1770 è stato ristrutturato interamente con materiali biologici e nel pieno rispetto dello stile classico Toscano. Il bosco che vicino alla casa, il profumo delle erbe aromatiche e del frutteto creano insieme al tipico arredamento di castagno, ai pavimentini in Cotto Toscano ed ai muri in pietra una combinazione tra colori odori e sensazione di pace che rende il soggiorno unico per senso di pace e relax...un vero e proprio toccasana sensoriale

Close to the major art cities of Tuscany: Florence (50 km), Pistoia (18 Km), Lucca (25 km), Pisa (50 km), to the Tyrrhenian beaches (Versilia, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi). Close to Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme with its cave spas for thermal treatments.

Lo Chalet è immerso nella natura e ospita comodomente 2 persone, è dotato anche di un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo che nel caso può essere sfruttato per aggiungere persone. Lo chalet è dotato sia di riscaldamento che di aria condizionata, possiede una piscina privata e privacy assoluta. E' immerso in bellissimo uliveto nella collina toscana ma vicino a città come Firenze, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa. Dallo Chalet partono anche molti itinerari per passeggiate

Appartamento spazioso, con cucina, 3 camere ed una grande terrazza. Quartiere tranquillo con numerose attività commerciali, come pizzerie, gelaterie, pasticcerie e supermercati. L'appartamento si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, si tratta quindi di un posto centrale per visitare ogni città della toscana. Inoltre l'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico della città. Il lavaggio della biancheria viene effettuato con ozono.

Incantevole soggiorno in villa seicentesca

L'alloggio è al secondo piano di una villa padronale del '600, all'interno di un parco privato, con posti auto, ingresso condiviso. Gradevole soggiorno per chi voglia visitare Lucca, Pistoia, la Versilia, Firenze, Pisa e la Liguria, mète comode da raggiungere dato che il casello dell'autostrada A11 è a 500 metri. Per soggiorni lunghi scriveteci, saremo lieti di accordarci con gli ospiti.

Accogliente e caldo, ideale per 4 persone ma adatto anche a 6, accoglie con piacere i vostri amici a quattro zampe! Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !
