Guests can enjoy the fenced patio and backyard with BBQ grill for any celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Mustang: Theater Chairs/Walk to A&M/Comfy King Bed

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located second floor unit, just a few blocks from the Texas A&M campus. So close, you can walk to class, games, orientation, etc... The unit boasts the comfiest King Beds ever, with a full kitchen with a HUGE granite island countertop and new appliances. The Retreat at St. Joseph

The Retreat at St. Joseph is a family-friendly single family house that was built by a WWII veteran in 1946. Please note that it is an older home. The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat instead of central heat.
