Located in Lick Branch Cove on the 5mm, just a short boat ride from Shady Gators, Tap and Grill, Boat House , Docknockers and many others . 18 minutes away from the Bagnell Dam strip and 25 minutes away from Osage Beach by land.

This one-bed 475 sq ft waterfront home offers stunning views on prime waterfront, it comes complete with a 2 well doc (one boat lift 8000 lbs, both 10 feet wide by 30 feet long), 2 PWC lifts as well as 2 kayaks. Private, cozy little cabin originally built in 1945. It's an ideal location to enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozark's.
