Relax in this calm, stylish space nestled in beautiful Browns Bay, just a 5 min walk to Sherwood Reserve, 10-15 min to the beach/local shops. The open-plan design features large bi-fold doors that open onto a wraparound deck and garden area, ensuring plenty of sun during the day. The stylish kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and dishwasher, while the good-sized bathroom adds convenience. The house is fully carpeted with laminate floors and a fenced garden. Parking is available. Pets allowed.

A stylish two-bedroom and large lounge apartment only 2 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars in the village of Browns Bay.
