The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs. Riverside pub is only a 10 minute walk away along the boardwalk and footpaths. Fully fenced garden.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
