Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. Rødhættes Hus er et lille bitte hus, som ligger fredfyldt og idyllisk ved Kovad Bækkens bred, i en lysning midt inde i Rold Skov og med udsigt til engen og skoven. Kun et stenkast fra den smukke skovsø St. Øksø. Det perfekte udgangspunkt for vandre- og mountainbike ture i Rold Skov og Rebild Bakker eller som et stille ly i skovens ro, hvorfra livet kan nydes, måske med musvågen svævende over engen, egernet pilende opad træstammen, en god bog foran brændeovnen eller hygge i bålets skær i natten.

Med skoven som nabo og lige hvor indlandsklitterne starter ligger dette arkitekttegnede hus fra 2005, som indbyder til ro og nydelse. Husets store glaspartier skaber et malerisk sceneri, hvor skyerne driver hen over himlen og trækker solnedgangen ind i huset. Feriehuset ligger tilbagetrukket og for sig selv men samtidigt kun med 2 km til Nørlev strand, 3 km til Skallerup Seaside Resort og 6 km til Lønstrup. Mod syd er udsigten over indlandsklitterne i Skallerup og mod vest udsigten mod havet.

Hus nær Sæby med egen skov

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

“Autentisk 70'er sommerhus tæt på naturen"

Sommerhuset Selma er beliggende midt i et fredet naturområde i Kettrup Bjerge. Her kan man finde roen og komme helt ned i gear. Området er egnet til aktiviteter i naturen, og der findes masser af stier til både cykling og vandring. Huset er opført i 1975, og den oprindelige stil er forsøgt bevaret. Her er ingen luksus, men masser af ro og mulighed for nærvær. I køreafstand fra huset ligger Blokhus og Løkken, som byder på masser af kultur og spisesteder. Hund velkommen, men kun på gulvet 😀

Hus med spa, dejlig have og kun 7 km til strand.

Huset er et gammelt byhus - restaureret totalt i 2008. Ligger i centrum i Dronninglund tæt på indkøb. Der er en skøn gårdhave med en overdækket terasse. Der er masser af dejlig natur i området med skov, sø og kun 7 km til stranden i Aså. Huset er på 169 kvm og i 2 plan. Jeg har 2 katte og 10 høns, som gerne skal passes af dem, der bor i huset. Kattene kan selv rende ind og ud af huset. Hønsene skal bare lukkes ud og ind. Og så skal der selvfølgelig lige fyldes op med mad til dem ved behov.

Hyggelig nyrenoveret lejlighed i egen afdeling på charmerende landsted centralt i Vendsyssel. Uanset om du lejer ét eller to værelser deles lejligheden ikke med andre gæster. Nyd freden, naturen og dyrelivet på grunden med stier og hyggekroge. Mange vandreruter og Hærvejen er i umiddelbar nærhed. Med 6 minutter til E45 er stedet egnet som udgangspunkt for oplevelser i Vendsyssel.

Many nice terrace free from wind and neighbors There’s room for hole family and nice light and nature coming via the huge windows. Everything inside house are very good quality. Nice bathroom with spa for 1-2 persons, 13m2 Activity-room. Playground and minigolf only 100m away..... Price incl electricity, water, heating etc.

Søbreds sommerhus i Rebild, Hornum sø

Huset ligger ved bredden af Hornum Sø på privat grund langs søbredden. Mulighed for badning fra privat strand og fiskemulighed fra søbredden samt bålsted. Der er badeværelse m toilet og vask, og brusebad foregår under udebruser. Køkken m. 2 kogeplader, køleskab m. frys - men ingen ovn. Lejemålet er fra 13 til følgende dag kl 10. Der er varmepumpe sæbe, opvaskemiddel, rengøringsartikler mv. - men husk sengetøj, og håndklæder😀og kæledyr er velkomne, blot ej i møblerne.
