Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

We are 5 miles outside of the historic town of Warwick and 8 miles from Stratford upon Avon. Our cosy log cabins are located on one of the most popular fisheries in the UK. Tunnel Barn Farm has 9 well stocked fishing lakes with an onsite Cafe and tackle shop. Each lodge has a 40" flat screen TV, kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Bedrooms have twin beds or a double and all bed linen is provided. We are 20 minutes drive from Birmingham Airport and the NEC.

This stylish studio loft apartment offers a very convenient location for a handy, charming stopover. Near to Birmingham airport and NEC, Warwick, Henley in Arden, Stratford upon Avon to name but a few. The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Set on its own, overlooking the natural swimming pool, this cosy stable barn has everything you need for a romantic getaway. The Poolhouse is set amongst 34 acres of parkland on the Talton House estate, and is 10 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Downstairs is a kitchenette, sofabed, loo and shower. Up a ladder is the mezzanine level with a comfortable double bed, from which you can look out over the orchard. Outside on the patio is the wood-fired hot tub.
