Centre of the quaint village of Knowlton. Beautiful studio, separate entrance. The front looks out onto an historic church. Back of the house looks out to a beautiful green space. Beautiful and peaceful winter setting. Great village for walking, close to hiking trails, ski hills. There is a pond that is full of life in the summer. You can see Canadian Geese, beaver, heron and many other wildlife. New Queen size bed in the space. I have a 2 night minimum, feel free to inquire for 1 night

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Ce chalet rural a été entièrement rénové a l'intérieur pour un séjour confortable et chaleureux en campagne (l'extérieur a encore besoin d'un peu d'amour, ce sera pour l'an prochain!).
