Location: Situated in a scenic area, this delightful bungalow is only a fifteen minute walk from Joss bay beach and Stone Bay, two of Broadstairs’ finest beaches, and within easy walking distance from central Broadstairs and the train station. It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. Horse riding is available at Elmwood Farm and coffee and cakes or a pub meal are on offer in Reading Street

The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

Our apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet road with the sea at one end and the town at the other. Leave the car on the drive and within a 5 minute walk you can be paddling in the sea, eating ice cream, sipping a coffee, dining on the sea front, surfing in Viking Bay, browsing the shops and markets, watching a film at the Palace Cinema or enjoying live music with a beer. This clean, comfortable and brilliantly situated apartment is the perfect place to enjoy Broadstairs and beyond!

Cherry Tree Lodge is situated at the end of our charming garden with it's own private entrance. Cosy and warm in the winter as it's fully insulated. Beach Lookout is a charming one bedroom apartment with direct access to the famous blue flag "Viking Bay" in Broadstairs and unprecedented panoramic views of the bay and sea from the balcony. You have the pier/harbour arm directly opposite and watching the sun rise whilst laying in bed through the balcony doors is amazing (I have uploaded a photo). You can sleep with the doors open in the summer and the sound of the ocean crashing against the shore is one awesome soundtrack!
