This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
