Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

The beams are from the 1800s, the bookcase was created using an old fireplace, the stone emerges to remember the past. On the ground floor of a central house overlooking the lake there is this little world with a kitchen, a wonderful bathroom and lots of art. You can have breakfast outdoors among the roses and the lake but even in winter the heat inside invites you to drink a herbal tea. The tourist tax fr. 2.-- per person per day is to be paid separately.
