A spacious first floor 2 bedroom Victorian apartment situated within a Grade II Listed period building. There is parking available with access to a communal garden. The apartment has period features and is beautifully decorated with Victorian style furniture and décor. The building is located in the heart of Brislington, moments from Sandy Park Road. It is a short journey from Cabot Circus (10 minutes), green spaces, pubs, restaurants and other local amenities' such as fantastic music venues.

Cosy Shepherd’s Hut only a 15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and the airport flyer bus stop. Cute kitchen & bathroom, underfloor heating & wood burner. A little haven of peace in a bustling urban setting. The Bus stop at the end of the road takes you into the city centre. N.B. The hut is situated in our garden, facing our family home and there is limited outside space. The bed folds into the wall to reveal a lovely table/seating area - see below for more information about this.

The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. In 10 mins you are in central Bristol boasting the Suspension Bridge, Banksy artworks and lots more.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

This newly refurbished apartment adjoins the owner's family home and is part of a safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is well situated with a 2 minute walk to a frequent bus service, the train station is 10 mins away and the town centre 15 by bus. The airport is 20 mins away by taxi (£30 - £40). There is plenty of street parking available. For guests that are keen to walk, 30 minutes will bring you to the main Bristol attractions such as the docks and the main shopping area ( Cabot Circus).
