Cosy & Comfortable Cabin With Great Views

The Cabin is a self-contained haven on the edge of Brighton with far reaching views of the South Downs. It is a bespoke design built to a high standard with your comfort and convenience in mind. Two adult guests can have a relaxing stay at any time of the year away from the bustle of the town. It has it's own private access and there are fabulous walks from the door. There is ample, free parking outside the property with a regular bus service running into brighton town centre and the seafront.

Light, sunny, self-contained timber-clad cabin with private south facing patio garden, underfloor heating, own entrance, free parking & continental breakfast. Shower room/WC, double bedroom area, dining/kitchenette, Wi-Fi & own entrance along a private lane. The studio is off a quiet residential street with free parking in the vibrant city of Brighton. The centre/seafront is a 35 min walk away, or short drive/taxi/bus ride. Sleeps 2 (double bed) & baby/child. Travel cot available. All welcome.

Contemporary annexe perfect for a beach getaway

Braemore Lodge is a private annexe property just a stone’s throw away from the historic Hove seafront. Guests will benefit from their own entrance, a private parking space and a recently fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. Braemore Lodge can host up to 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children (with the benefit of a folding sofa bed). Based in central hove, guests can enjoy water sports at Hove lagoon, relaxing walks along the beach or visit the selection of different restaurants Hove has to offer.

Our Seaside Retreat is a chic private 2-bed single-floor annexe located on the South coast of East Sussex. It has its own private entrance, lounge/dining space, kitchen with full-size oven and hob, a shower bathroom and a south-facing bedroom overlooking a leafy garden. Set in the quiet coastal village of Saltdean, just a few miles East of Brighton, you have an easy coastal drive into Brighton's town centre, or you can fetch a local bus into town that stops only a minute's walk away.

Garden Studio with outdoor decking & seating area, self contained, very comfortable in beautiful Saltdean just outside Brighton. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. As experienced hosts we will always offer a warm welcome and assistance as required. In a quiet neighbourhood we are only a short walk to buses and shops and the beach or Lido are only a 5minute walk away.

Self contained contemporary studio in the garden of a late 19th century terraced cottage in the historic seaside village of Rottingdean. Enjoy the city of Brighton whilst staying in peace and tranquillity near the countryside and a nature reserve. Close to bus stops to the centre of Brighton. 10 mins drive to Brighton, 20 mins to the ferry port of Newhaven and 35 mins to Gatwick.

The Orchard Studio

Self-contained garden studio in Hove Park offers a cosy and modern retreat, providing a peaceful escape with convenient city access. It features a open-plan living room/kitchen/dining area, stair access to a low-ceiling mezzanine bed space, a shower/WC, and free off-road parking. Located in a quiet residential area, it is approx. 1 mile north of the seafront and 0.7 mile from Hove railway station, with easy access to Brighton & Hove and the South Downs National Park.

Studio Annexe: Brighton City & South Downs <15mins

This lovely Studio Annexe is located above our detached double garage 15 minutes drive from central Brighton and minutes away from the countryside of the South Downs. The road is very quiet & private, with free off street parking. Great transport links by car (A23 & A27 both accessible within minutes), and there’s a good bus service to central Brighton and the seafront which takes about 20mins.
